30000+ patients got benefitted in 2020 through our various healthcare programmes

In India, health services are overwhelmingly commercialized with the increased involvement of the market mechanism. Catastrophic expenditure on health is a major cause for the people to become impoverished.  Costly health care pushes millions below poverty line every year, and denies care to many who are already poor. On the other hand the condition of the government health care system could not compensate for the rise in emerging needs in the field of healthcare.

What We Do

TSEWCT has been part of a nationwide process working towards improvements in the delivery of public health services. By understanding these vulnerabilities, we strategize our projects to deliver improvised healthcare services to the deprived population who have very little access to healthcare services or who doesn't have the knowledge about the diseases they are suffering from. This is being achieved by conducting mega medical camps, free mobile clinics and diagnosing centres across the area of interventions. We endeavor to bring about inclusive and better programme implementation across the state of Telangana through greater investments and streamlining the governance system in the health sector.

How We Do?

  • Focusing on case finding and diagnostics, alliance with medical professionals by the way of sensitisation, capacity building, community awareness and nutritional support with the public health professionals and volunteers.

  • Conducting area specific mega camps based on the needs from the ground.

  • Ambulance and other technical support to the dependent population.

  • COVID -19 Support.

  • Free medicines up to one month as per doctors prescription for the life style diseases.

  • Helpline Centres for coordinated operations.

TSEWCT was established in 2010. Since our inception, we have found huge gaps between wealthy and needy families. We focused our work on reducing poverty by developing and implementing sustainable projects which help communities raise their living standards.

Our fundamental is the survey mechanisms that we implement before designing any project. TSEWCT made the household survey mandatory through which we are able to ascertain actual needs and develop a solution for them. After proper inquiries, we conclude on which members are the most deserving. This evaluation takes into consideration various factors like family members including but not limited to - their age and health, educational status, destitution, disabilities, marital status (special preference given to deserted women, elderly widows, single mothers, pregnant women), we also work closely in supporting older members of the community who aren’t supported by anyone else by the form of elderly pensions.

TSEWCT ensures that our program services are open and available to all persons or families without regard to race, religion, creed, gender, ethnic orgin or any other discriminatory measure.
